Overview

A Maintenance Sales Order or Maintenance Schedule records long-term service agreements (such as Annual Maintenance Contracts - AMC) between your organization and customers. It tracks warranty periods, service frequencies, and scheduled engineering site visits.

Workflow & Lifecycle

1. Maintenance Agreement: Define the items covered under AMC or warranty alongside start/end dates.
2. Generate Maintenance Schedule: TechoERP creates automated calendar events for each periodic service visit (monthly, quarterly, or bi-annually).
3. Maintenance Visit Logging: Service engineers record completed tasks, parts replaced, and customer digital signatures on-site via mobile devices.
