A Workflow State is a state in the workflow you create.

The different Workflow States may be achieved before or after applying different Workflow Actions to them. If you want to create a Workflow where there are multiple approvals from the manager, senior manager, general manager, etc., you can set the states for it from the Workflow States.

By default, the following Workflow States are created in TechoERP:

The Workflow States can have different colors according to the state.

1. Success - Green
2. Danger - Red
3. Inverse - Black
4. Primary - Dark Blue
5. Info - Light Blue
6. Warning - Orange

Document statuses:

1. Saved = 0
2. Submitted = 1
3. Canceled = 2
